Alan and I mowed the village millennium green yesterday (Bank holiday Monday). Whilst generally tidying up the area I removed 10 dog deposits. Not pleasant. Today I was on the green and without searching I discovered 2 new deposits. Please please please can dog owners tidy up after their pets.
Last year the mowing contractors often moaned to us about the dog fouling on this particular area of green.
It’s an asset that should be free of horrible dog muck so people can walk on it and enjoy the lovely view.
