I have for some time being having trouble with my telephone line crackling, despite the Open Reach engineer having been out several times the problem persists. I would just like to know if anyone else is having the same trouble and whether or not their is an inherent fault at the Exchange or whether it could be the copper wire system that runs to the exchange from this side of the village.
