Hey hope everyone is OK and well, just testing the water in and around the area for fitness classes at the hall, trying to see what the numbers/ interest is in classes and group fitness, all varied classes for all levels of fitness. What kind of classes you looking for mate
Circuit training or similar (but was put off by the overloud music last time.)
There was always a good turn out when we had circuit training in the hall 😅I’m not sure why it finished though…

I’d be interested in a jogging or running group.
Christine have you spoken to Richard B? He ran a running group for a year or so, and said when it stopped he might be interested in restarting it again in the future.
I would like a low impact class.
We are looking at things like circuits, boot camp, legs bums and tums, abs blast, hiit (cardio) weight loss workshop witch is a little like weight watchers which is a weight loss class, to help burn calories a basic nutrition plan and taking weight and measures for people every week if anyone interested but it will be separate to the normal classes, but please keep the feed back coming had lots of people get in touch looking promising guys
Also looking at doing mud runs etc so we can go places and do some assault courses altogether and have set days for training for it, again if anyone is interested there’s a lot of ideas guys can do running , cycle training if desired boxing/ pad training, meta fit, insanity like classes they is so much coming in from you guys I’m over the moon with the response
Anyone fancy a meeting day one to meet up and thrash some ideas around and we can all meet up etc?
id like something geared for older folks
I’m also keen on a session for the not-so-young, getting-on-a-bit person … i.e. 60+, perhaps to complement the Pilates class that I am attending? So perhaps not boxing, assault courses or mud-running….
On second thought, may-be we (the over-60’s) could learn to do a bit of parading and cheer-leading to keep us fit and to welcome a certain DJT for his state visit in the autumn.
Hey Shaun, how exciting! I’m def up for classes in the village – circuits, insanity, met fit etc would all be great. Love the idea of OCR training too
