My oil delivery due on or before 4th December was from Potteries Fuels via the Oil Club. It still hasn’t arrived. The staff at the Oil Club have been trying to contact Potteries Fuels on my behalf without success however they have finally told the Oil Club that they will be delivering tomorrow 10th December. To avoid Potteries Fuels (or another poor service provider) in the future, you can email the Oil Club prior to placing an order to find out who the supplier will be – and then avoid at all costs!

Contrary to Fiona’s experience and a few weeks ago, my oil was delivered promptly on the Friday after Monday’s order, also by Potteries. Last week may have been a popular week for orders, with Christmas now round the corner.
I am pleased you had a better experience Saskia. My order was placed on 24 November so last week being busy doesn’t really come into it. Having looked at Potteries Fuels reviews they are seem to be excellent or appalling – you and I are obviously examples of both sides of that!
I’m with you on this one Fiona 4th or before was my given date.E.Mailed oil club with a result of delivery mon 9th.With no result today so tomorrow my bring us both a result.
