There are no new planning applications for Alsop-en-le-Dale and Ballidon. There is one new application for Parwich and one for Pikehall:

• Church Cottage – Retention of garden room as existing with external access only, glazing to street and removal of condition requiring the omission of a clerestory window.
  ID No: NP/DDD/0707/0661, registered 16Jul07.
  Status: the application had been refused; however an appeal has been lodged against this decision. The informal hearing was held on 28th May 2008 – see our post.
