It’s 7.50pm, you’ve still got 10 minutes left to get over to The Green for your supper. The fish & chips definitely gets the thumbs up from the Bennett home. The fish was light and not heavily battered, the chips tasty & appropriately “soggy” (just perfect).
Let’s hope it will be a regular destination for the van & something easy for us to enjoy on a Friday night.

I will finish my comment before Issy decides to post it for me. It was much better than having to drive to Ashbourne but mine took just as long as a visit to the pub was required for some liquid refreshment before tackling that long walk home again.
