John, I’m flattered that anyone could even think that one of my photos was a JF-S original. Ben said that it was a pity that the background was a similar colour to the bird – well I’ll dig the tree up, move it in the Spring and hope that this time next year the fieldfare comes back!!
Jane, if you don’t want to move the tree you could paint the fence a different colour.
We could, but we don’t want to fall out with our neighbours.
