Today the planting was completed (well almost) at the Memorial Hall. There are 8 plants outstanding, which will be planted when the grass seeding is done in September. All bar one of the beds has been muched and this final one will be covered over the weekend, once we have planted the hundreds of snowdrops that were donated by different people in the village.
It is super to see the final phase completed ready for the Official Opening on the 25th September, to which everyone is invited. Again a huge thank you has to go to the Horticultural Society for their massive financial contribution towards the planting and to those individuals and groups that donated the 5 trees.
