It is with sadness that we report the death of Ron Birch on Friday 15th October, such a kind and gentle man.
His funeral is to be held at St Peter’s Church in Parwich on November 1st at 2pm.
Family flowers only, with any donations to be divided between Parwich Church and the Hartington Surgery.
Everyone is welcome after the service to attend the Memorial Hall for refreshments.

Ron will be very sadly missed, a lovely man with a wicked sense of humour. His entries over the years in the Wakes Carnival provided us all with great entertainment. A packet of ‘Flash’ still has surprising hidden depths and we often look at that particular photo and smile.
