Love it or hate it, Parwich does “Trick or Treat” well, it is good-natured and friendly. Tonight there was a real buzz in the air, you could hear children’s voices full of excitement and their footsteps echoing up the path. Lots of effort had been put into the costumes and the enthusiasm of the children was matched by their readiness to say thank you.
