As most of our readers will already know, over 200 households in Parwich, i.e. the majority of the village, experienced a power cut between roughly 8:30 AM and 21:40 PM yesterday (Sunday April 29th). We were told that this was due to a fallen tree, that had blown over during Sunday morning’s storms.

It sure made our moving into the village a little more challenging but against the odds we did it and enjoyed a much needed cup of tea at 11 o’clock
