   What species of bird are these? They remind me of chickadees, but I’m guessing they are far from it geographically. (maybe convergent evolution?)

   They’re great tits Rebecca. You can tell because they have black hats on and black on their wings. Blue tits have blue hats and wings and coal tits are mainly black and grey with just a small amount of paler yellow on their bodies

   Having just looked up chickadee, a black capped chickadee is also known as a willow tit
