I am at carsington water and have a scanner to scan for a chip, I’d still need a vet to contact the owner, but happy to help. It can be done while humans maintain a distance.
We can give him at least a temporary home if necessary.

He was up here in Rathbourne croft I couldn’t catch him.
Thank you to all of you who shared concern for Bear. Like most chaps in springtime sometimes his mind turns to other things…… Thank you for bringing him back. He very rarely wanders, and I am amazed he got into a vehicle or, indeed, allowed another person to approach him. Naturally we didn’t want to break curfew at the current time.
