Monsdale Lane is completely blocked by a fallen tree, just beyond Littlewood Farm. I have contacted the Council about it who have a lodged a report.

I’ve been wondering…are tree safety checks carried out along the roads and public footpaths in and around Parwich, and if so, by whom? Thanks!
Thanks for letting everyone know Aniela. The trees on B5056 on LHS on White Meadow straight (just before Parwich turn off) look as though they are about to blow down onto the road, which could possibly kill someone that are a real worry. The trees are huge. There’s one just after the turn off for Parwich that is swaying around at a 45 degree angle. I have reported it to DCC highways hub several times who have not even bothered to get back to me! Maybe we should all keep lodging reports before someone is badly injured or killed.
