- Thursday December 6th – Family Circuits

7-8pm A fitness class to enjoy with the whole family before they return back to School. 20 stations of different exercises for adults and kids. Come and enjoy the family fun!! - Thursday 10th January – Fat Burn
7-8pm Full body workout which aim to lose the fat you don’t want and also get you fitter. Want to lose some extra weight put on over the Christmas holidays this is how… - Thursday 17th January – Adult Circuits
7-8pm Station based exercise class which works the full body. 90 seconds on each station before moving to the next

*NEW CLASS* Fat Burn
. 45 Minutes of full body workouts which aim to lose the fat you don’t want and also get you fitter.
The class is similar to the cardio and core part of the 20’20’20 classes.
Thursday 15th November
Adult Circuits
Station based exercise class which works the full body. 90 seconds on each station before moving to the next.
Thursday 22nd November
Abs Blast or Fat Burn
Thursday 29th November
Family Circuits
A fitness class to enjoy with the whole family. 20 stations of different exercises for adults and kids. Come and enjoy the family fun!!

A big thank you to those who braved the awful weather this evening to learn how to use the static defibrillator. I think everyone agreed that John’s training was clear and reassuring, with the emphasis on just doing something, even if it might not be textbook correct. We even raised £32 for the Air Ambulance in the process.

20’20’20 CLASS!!

As the name suggests this hour long class is split three 20 minute blocks each focusing on a different discipline. The first block is 20 minutes of cardio, followed by 20 minutes of strength training and finally 20 minutes of core toning. It’s a great all-round class to give you a full body workout, getting your heart pumping, challenging your core muscles and improving your flexibility and recovery of your muscles!!
This Thursdays venue is Parwich 7-8pm, £5 per class! Come and give it a go!! 💪
