Village Show: Photography Section

This year’s show will take place on Sunday 24 September and will be linked to the Harvest Festival at the Legion. So that no opportunity for snapping is lost, the categories for the Photography section are notified in advance. This year the categories are:
- Reflection
- Birds
- Farm Machinery
Photographs should be unframed and no larger than A4. They must be taken within 20 miles of Parwich.

On Sunday you can show what magic you can perform in the kitchen by entering your creations in the Horticultural Show. Don’t forget that you can take them home with you after the show so the family will not miss out!

Lots of people will have their cameras out during Wakes, so don’t forget that there is a Photography section in the Horticultural Show in early September. Here is a reminder:
The Photography categories are:
- All in a row
- Purple
- A single flower in focus
Photographs to be no bigger than A4 in size and to have been taken within 20 miles of Parwich.

- A greetings card
- A piece of handmade jewellery
- An item crafted from wood
- A handmade soft toy

Congratulations to Glynis on running off with quite a few trophies at the Horticultural Show this afternoon!
Big thanks to the Horticultural Society for all their hard work in preparing for and running the show and congratulations to all exhibitors for a great effort in producing some superb displays and produce.
