Tea & Cakes are being served in the churchyard at Alsop en le Dale, 11am – 4pm tomorrow (Monday). Please come along and support this event, in aid of Alsop Church. Stunning views, delicious cakes, not to be missed. Make a walk of it with great refreshments to look forward to.

Doubly Thankful Bradbourne

This invitation has been sent to us on behalf of Jean Castledine from Bradbourne:
There will be a Doubly Thankful Village service held at All Saints, Bradbourne on 5 June 2016 at 3pm.
The service is being held to remember the Bradbourne soldiers who returned safely from both World Wars. No-one was killed from Bradbourne village in either war.
Everyone is most welcome

The Christmas Tree Festival in Parwich Church is well worth seeing, and if you go along tomorrow the ‘Crafts & Things’ event continues from 10am to 4pm and is followed by the service of ‘Carols by Candlelight’ at 6pm.
