Hi its Jay from JH Fitness.I have changed the last class in August after a number of people wanting another family circuit class before the kids go back.This will take place on the Thursday 30th of August.So remaining August classes are:Thursday 16th: 20’20’20 (20min cardio, 20min strength, 20 min core)Thursday 23rd “Adult CircuitsThursday 30th now Family Circuits.Thanks very much, Jay

Jay from JH FITNESS has sent the following information regarding the next 5 classes to be held in the Memorial Hall.
Thursday 2nd: “Abs and Jabs”. 7-8 £5Thursday 9th: “Adult and Kids Circuits”(Children must be over 7 and there parent/guardian must be attending the class). 7-8. Adults £5. Kids £2.50Thursday 16th: “20:20:20 Class” 7-8. £520 minutes of Cardio, 20 minutes of strength and 20 minutes of coreThursday 23rd: “Adult Circuits”. 7-8. £590 seconds on each station using strength, cardio, core and stamina exercises.Thursday 30th: “Cardio & Strength” 7-8. £5Circuit based class and each station uses strength or cardio exercises.For each class people need:- plenty to drink, a towel if they want, sports wear and there fee of £5 for the class.It helps me if people book on for a class as soon as they’ll know they’ll be attending but they can also just turn up.They can book on by email, facebook or text.Email: jhfitness2018@gmail.comFacebook: www.facebook.com/jhfitnessMobile: 07976232319

Where are the Pans?

Parwich Memorial Hall
There are two large pans missing from the kitchen which are used for the Village lunch. Will anyone who has borrowed them please return them as soon as possible as they will be needed for Wakes Dinner. If anyone has used a Catering Company in the last 2 months please check they have not taken them.
If anyone has borrowed any crockery or cutlery please also return them as they will be required for Wakes Dinner.
