A52s release new EP

Parwich’s own A52s latest EP is now available to download, on their Facebook page they say:

So, here is the deal…

We’ve just released an EP on iTunes and other digital media called “The Flood”. The title track of the EP tells the story of refugees running from persecution. Now we know that this issue can be complicated but a frightened child is a child who needs help; right?

Anyway in an attempt to do something, however small, to help; we’ve decided to donate all proceeds from downloads of this track before the end of the year to our good friends at Derbyshire Refugee Solidarity who will be able to do something good with it.

image

So please, please… get downloading, and let’s see how much we can raise. Like and share as you do so we can all see how it is going.

Over to you.

The Oxford Concert Party

Look out for an exciting upcoming live event at the Memorial Hall on Thursday 11th of February with music from the Oxford Concert Party. They describe themselves as “Europe’s only Baroque and Tango Orchestra!” and the Daily Telegraph says of them “A decidedly unstuffy bunch of superb musicians … Look out for them whenever your spirits need a lift”. Here are a couple of clips from their YouTube channel which give a feeling for what we can expect:
