Oil Price Steady

imageUpdate for Bradbourne & Parwich Heating Oil Club

Oil prices hold steady this week with Brent Crude hovering at around $61/$62 a barrel. Estimated delivery times are between 7 to 10 working days*.

With the weather turning noticeably colder, have you checked your tank levels? Please order early and allow plenty of time for delivery. We recommend ordering when your tank gets down to 35%-40% or six weeks supply.

TIP: Make your fuel go further and upgrade to premium fuel with an Exocet additive. Exocet additives lower carbon emissions, stabilise fuel, inhibit sludge formation in the tank, and improve overall fuel performance. Additives can be purchased from our Club Store. If you have an AGA or range cooker then please ensure you order the Cooker additive.

Rate:  £0.4589 (pence per litre excluding vat [5% for Domestic use])

Wakes 2020 Programme

The Parwich Carnival and Recreation Committee are starting to work hard on putting together the Wakes programme for 2020 but we need YOUR help! We are keen to revamp the latter end of the week – mainly Thursday/Friday and we are also keen to make sure we are offering activities which appeal to the older children and young at heart in the village.

If you have any ideas on what events/activities we could offer then please email us at lucywigley@googlemail.com and we will very happily discuss them. We are a very very small Committee so if you are also able to help organise a new event then that would be very gratefully appreciated.

Thanks in advance for all your amazing ideas

Oil Price Rising

imageUpdate for Bradbourne & Parwich Heating Oil Club

After dropping earlier this week, oil prices jump again this evening as the US oil and gas rig count collapse continues for the 10th week in a row. Brent Crude passes $61 a barrel today.

Please order early and allow plenty of time for delivery. With winter approaching, we recommend ordering when your tank gets down to 35%-40%.

TIP: Make your fuel go further and upgrade to premium fuel with Exocet additive. Exocet additives lower carbon emissions, stabilise fuel, inhibit sludge formation in the tank, and improve overall fuel performance. Additives can be purchased from our Club Store. If you have an AGA or range cooker then please ensure you order the Cooker additive.

Fox Alert!

Just a warning to all chicken owners in the village. A fox was around yesterday morning between 8.30 & 9am. It killed one of my hens and from what I have heard killed another 4 hens from 2 other people, there could be more. Please be vigilant.

TONIGHT – Legion Bingo

Remembrance Sunday

Friday night’s magic

We have been sent the following message from the Legion…..

A magic night was had by all at last Friday’s show at The Legion, with the return of illusionist Lee Joseph.

But is was a truly scary time for Julie in a scene reminiscent of a horror movie. And yes, that is a real jigsaw and it had an extra long blade.

Julie seemed to survive the ordeal – we all thought she’d end up legless!
