Update: this has now found a new homeWe have a Beko Cooker we not longer require. It was purchased about eight months ago as a temporary measure whilst we awaited delivery of a new, much larger cooker.I think the oven and hobs have been used once and the grill has never been used.I think we still have the instruction books and accessories somewhere. We want nothing for it, please just take it away and give it a good home.

A group of six young adults walking along the limestone way left this mess of socks, band aid and rubbish on Creamery Lane this afternoon. Wonder what organisation they were from, they appeared to have a leader with them. This is not the first time.

We recently received an update from W3Z reporting new areas covered by their relays. Relays are up and running in Biggin and at Rivendale that may provide new broadband options for the western side of our area hopefully including Alsop Moor and possibly Upper Moor.
Also they are holding a public meeting in Bradbourne in January about possible cover to the east of our area which may impact on Ballidon and White Meadows. The meeting is at 6.30pm on Wednesday 11th January at Bradboune Church Hall.
If you have any questions you can get W3Z’s contact details from their website see their website here
Note, if you are getting downloads speeds of 2Mb/s or less via your landline you may be entitled to a grant from Digital Derbyshire towards the cost of alternative broadband sources.
