Just a reminder that summer session of Pilates for the Over 60’s has started, the next class is Monday 12th May 3-4pm ( as it is lunch club day, normally it is 2.30- 3.30pm every Monday) in the Memorial Hall. It is supported by Parwich Fit 4 All, and is on a pay-as-you-go basis, £6 per session.
